After attending DeVry University studying electronics and later running a hardware store for 14 years, Arthur joined SMG3 in March of 2011. Arthur oversees SMG3’s shipping department, ensuring each order is filled correctly, each device is configured properly, and everything ships out on schedule. Being a client-centric organization, Arthur strives for SMG3 to be different than any other reseller, and has an integral part in that client experience. An expert on Zebra printers, also known as a “certified ZASP,” Arthur repairs malfunctioning printers through performing comprehensive tests and diagnostics. In addition to running ZASP initiatives in-house, Arthur travels onsite to clients warehouses.
